The Tribute Communities Centre’s unique building design allows full access for guests with special needs and disabilities. Purchasing Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is located throughout the building; location availability is dependant on the specific event and stage location.

Wheelchair accessible seating for guests is available on various levels of the Tribute Communities Centre, depending on the type of event. Designated areas are as follows: Event Level 000-103, 105; Concourse Level 100— 101, 108, 109, 110, 113, 115, 120.

All seats for guests with limited mobility have been selected to allow convenient entry and exit. When purchasing your tickets, please inform your ticket seller at the ticket office of any special needs you may have that require accommodation.

Unannounced Patrons on the Night of an Event

Guests who need accessible seating, but did not purchase tickets in an accessible area, will be accommodated to the best of our ability.

Support Persons

All fans entering our venue, including those acting as a support person for patrons with a disability, are required to hold a valid ticket.

Tickets are subject to standard event pricing.

Entrances & Elevators

Both Gate 1 and Gate 2 entrances at the Tribute Communities Centre are accessible, and both gates are equipped with an elevator inside the venue.


The Tribute Communities Centre do have wheelchairs to assist fans to and from their seating areas, however they are not available to rent.

Fan Services Kiosk

Our Fan Services Kiosk is located on the main concourse behind section 102. Our staff is pleased to respond to all guest inquiries and suggestions.

Services provided include the following:

  • Reuniting lost patrons
  • Transportation information
  • Emergency assistance
  • Hearing assistive devices (for some shows)
  • Ticket inquiries
  • Collecting and returning lost and found items
  • Storing wheelchairs/strollers
  • Registering guests in case of emergency “Guest Finder”

Assistive listening devices are available free of charge at the Fan Services Kiosk. A credit card number or photo identification is required as a deposit for these items.

Restroom Facilities

All washroom facilities at the Tribute Communities Centre are wheelchair accessible. In addition, accessible family service washrooms are located on all levels. Baby change tables are conveniently located in the family service washrooms.

Hearing Assistance Devices (Assisted Listening Devices)

Hearing assistance devices are available free of charge at the Fan Services Kiosk for some shows. You will be asked to leave your credit card or photo identification as a deposit. Arrangements can be made by calling in advance; please contact the Tribute Communities Centre Ticket Office at 905-438-8811 or by visiting the Guest Services Kiosk.

Service Animals

All service animals are welcomed at the Tribute Communities Centre. Please notify your ticket seller at time of purchase if an aisle seat is required for your service animal.


All concession stands are at an accessible height.
