Media Requests
Finding the beat.
Please complete the following information to request media credentials for an upcoming live event at the Tribute Communities Centre. No freelance photographers are permitted. Photo passes will only be granted for those shooting for accredited media outlets. This form is for non-Oshawa Generals related events.
The deadline to submit media requests is a minimum of 10 days in advance of the show. If interested in a multi-run show, requests must be submitted 10 days in advance of the first performance date.
For Live Nation events, please submit your request direction through their portal here.
Approvals are at the discretion of the event/tour publicist and are received approximately 24 – 48 hours prior to the show date. If your media outlet is approved to cover an event, a representative from Oak View Group’s Marketing Department at the Tribute Communities Centre will provide you with media policies and other pertinent show details.
