How long is KISS playing for?

• The pre-show will begin at 9PM Dubai time, KISS will take the state at 10PM and will perform until after midnight (over 2 hours).

 

Where is the event?

• The KISS 2020 Goodbye Concert will take place on the beach at the incredible Atlantis Resort in Dubai.

 

Can I buy a ticket to go see the show live?

• Show access is only available via the all-inclusive resort packages, due to COVID-19 an extremely limited number of packages are available and there are no plans to sell tickets without resort accommodations.

 

Do I have to watch the show at 9PM Dubai time or can I watch whenever I want?

• The event will air live as it happens. Approximately 2 hours after music ends, KISS' performance will be available on demand via dedicated streaming links. Depending on what package you purchase, you can enjoy the show as many times as you want during a specified period!

 

Is anyone else playing with KISS?

•  No, This is 100% KISS all night long.

 

Can I buy the merch items separately without buying a VIP package?

Can I choose my own shirt size and what sizes are available?

• Sizes S, M, L, XL, and XXL will be available to you.

 

When will I receive the merch items in my package?

• Your exclusive event merchandise items will be shipped to you directly. You will receive an email after the event with more information. This date will coincide with the official kiss 2020 Goodbye CD/DVD/Blue-Ray Release.

 

Can I cancel my order after I order?

•  All packages, are non-refundable. 

 

Can I share my link with others if I buy it?

• No, that would be unholy. Purchasers will receive unique codes that are both unable to be shared or used on multiple devices. 

 

Will the Live Stream be in HD?

• Absolutely!

 

Will the Live Stream be in 5.1?

• No the KISS performance will be streamed in stereo.

 

Will the show ever be released on DVD/Blue Ray or in theaters?

• KISS 2020 Goodbye will be released as a full feature film in Spring 2021 on various forms of home video.

 

How much is the discount for the End of the Road tour ticket holders and how do I get the discount?

• End of the Road ticket holders receive a $10 discount per ticket. During the purchase process, click on the "End of the Road Tour" icon and enter your custom code from Live Nation. You can then finish your purchase on the Tixr Site and will be able to see the discount applied accordingly. 

 

What are Tixr rewards?

• Tixr rewards is a program where KISS 2020 Goodbye gives you a chance to win one of a kind items by helping them promote this event. To learn more, go to the Rewards section of the Tixr website. 

 

Are there a limited number of Live Stream tickets?

• This will be one of the largest live stream events of the year. Other than Platinum VIP packages, there is no limit to the number of KISS Goodbye 2020 tickets that will be sold.

 

What is the custom engraved metal ticket that is included in the Platinum VIP package?

• Platinum VIP packages include a limited edition 4" by 6" collectable piece that is laser engraved with show details and individually numbered. Only 2,500 will be made!

 

If I purchase a live stream ticket and then later want to upgrade to a VIP package, can I get a refund or credit to the new package?

• All packages are non-refundable. We are unable to issue credits or upgrades at this time.

 

Can I buy a package as a gift for someone for Christmas and have the code and or on screen credit in their name?

Livestream Questions

When will the Livestream be available?

• The livestream will be broadcast LIVE starting at 9:00 PM Dubai time, 9:00 am PST and 12:00 pm EST on December 31, 2020 . The show will be available for replay immediately after the show ends at approximately 1:00 am Dubai time/ 1:00 PM PST/ 4:00 PM EST and will be available on demand for a specific period of time, depending on the ticket package you’ve purchased.

 

How can I watch the show if I order?

• The KISS 2020 Goodbye event will be live streamed via Tixr and available on Tixr.com, Apple TV, and ROKU as well as on demand via dedicated streaming links which will be sent to all purchasers.

 

How many times can I watch the livestream?

• Depending on the ticket package you buy, it will range from one time all the way to unlimited watching (replay windows range from 24 hours and up to 30 days, and with the highest package, you will receive a download and a DVD).

 

How long until my replays expire?

• For the Live Stream Access package - 24 hours.  The Livestream Deluxe 72 hours. The VIP packages 30 days, and you will also receive a digital download and DVD so the show will be yours to enjoy forever!
