Children 12 years of age and under must be accompanied and supervised by an adult when inside the Tribute Communities Centre.

Fees

Ticket pricing advertised on tributecommunitiescentre.com will be displayed as the final in-person pricing at the ticket office which includes tax and applicable fees.

All tickets are subject to a facility fee of $2.50 which contributes to the Capital Restoration Fund for the Tribute Communities Centre which covers the costs associated with funding the maintenance and upkeep of the facility.

Tickets purchased online or by phone will incur additional convenience fees and an order charge for the services rendered by the provider. Online and phone orders are also subject to delivery charges for certain methods of delivery such as regular mail or express post.

Outside of Canada

In an effort to combat ticket brokers and reselling sites, we've restricted online purchases to occur within Canada only. If you are currently traveling, purchasing tickets as a gift for someone in our area, or planning to visit Oshawa and attend one of our events but live outside of Canada, you will need to call the ticket office to purchase your tickets at 905-438-8811.

Payment Methods

Cash, Interac, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are all accepted methods of payment at the Tribute Communities Centre Ticket Office.

Platinum Seats

Platinum Seats are premium tickets to concerts and other events made available by artists and event providers. They give fans fair and safe access to some of the best seats in the venue. Platinum Seats are not a VIP package and do not include Meet and Greet access. If Platinum Seats are available for an event with a general admission area such as the floor, there will be no chair provided and the ticket issued will be for standing room.

Refunds / Exchanges

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on all tickets or special packages. Fans can upgrade tickets for events when possible; however, this is not a guaranteed policy and is done at the sole discretion of the event promoter.

Please note that in the event of an event cancellation, the paid ticket price and facility fee will be refunded. Order and delivery charges, convenience fees, and other fees associated with online and phone ticket purchases will be retained for services rendered by the provider.

Ticket insurance with FanShield is available during the online ticket purchase process to protect your purchase from unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from attending.

Secondary Ticket Market

Paciolan is the only authorized ticketing agent of the Tribute Communities Centre. The Tribute Communities Centre does not encourage purchasing tickets from the secondary ticket market. Tickets purchased from an unauthorized agent may be counterfeit, stolen or otherwise void and may not be valid for admission to the event. Fraudulent tickets presented at an event will be confiscated and will not be honoured and no compensation will be provided. We will forward any information or materials requested by police services and will cooperate fully in any investigation regarding counterfeit or fraudulent tickets.

Please note, if you use a search engine to type in ‘Tribute Communities Centre,’ ‘Tribute Centre,’ ‘TCCentre’ or any other variation, be aware of the link you are clicking on. Search engines such as Google have ads located above the true search results which are typically purchased by reselling companies and are not official ticketing outlets for the Tribute Communities Centre. Always type www.tributecommunitiescentre.com directly into your browser’s address bar.

Single Seat Remaining

When purchasing your seats, you can not leave a gap (a single seat) between occupied seats or the aisle. You will receive the following error message if you attempt to do so:

Your requested seats have been released because you may not leave a gap between occupied seats. Please select again.

Ticket Limits

Please adhere to published ticket limits. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Paciolan, Spectra/Tribute Communities Centre and/or the concert promoter at their discretion. This includes orders purchased due to technical website/system errors and/or orders associated with the same name, email address, billing address, credit card number or other information.

If tickets are cancelled for exceeding the household limit, only the paid ticket price and facility fee will be refunded to the customer’s account. All other fees and charges will be retained for services rendered by the provider. Accounts that exceed ticket limits may be prevented from purchasing future events at the Tribute Communities Centre.

Ticket Transfer

Fans can now transfer tickets to friends and family via text message within their My Account section once they've logged in.

If one person buys multiple tickets on behalf of a group, they can send each person in the group their own ticket. This can be done all at once, entering multiple phone numbers before tapping submit. Transfer recipients are notified instantly via text message. They click on a link in the message to retrieve their tickets.

For step-by-step instructions, please view our Mobile Ticketing Guide

*Ticket transfer is not a third party selling platform. All payment information on the account remains associated with the original purchaser. In the event of a cancellation or situation where refunds are provided for the event, the credit will be issued to the original method of payment on file.
